Ordered sz. 13 Bailey Bows Cerise color Ugg boots for a Christmas present for my daughter. No contact from company on order status or shipping after numerous emails sent to them. No other contact information is listed on their website. Charge showed up as Wonderful Imagination on my checking acct. Was paid through a payment service called rpunpaid. Three weeks later a pair of boots in the wrong size, color and size arrived in a package that had no information as to where they came from other than the customs green label. No response to emails asking to get return information either.
