I received Rapid Notice from this Agency on Sat. 3/3 re. My name winning over 2 mln.$. Return envelope was included with paid postage - a "hint" that it was not scam! Also, they did not ask for 20 dollars check - another "hint" for not being scammers!
The cover letter asked for response to get to them by 3/7.
Since they did not ask for money, I decided to reply and see what happens.
Today I received a letter and "Verification Certificate " from Universal Research Unlimited, checked on fraud, and read all of the comments on the Internet.
This was definite fraud, because: 1. They asked for $20. And 2. The return envelope was without paid postage!
So, "congratulations"! I just wonder when FBI will get these scammers?!
