I received a Rapid Notice Express delivery envelope with a notice that I had won $2,536, 092.23 and they wanted me to send $20 by 12/18 to cover handling fees. Had it not been for the request for money, it looked pretty official. The postage paid return envelope is addressed to: PROCESSING CENTER
