Ordered a website from brainhost with platinum package, from day one could not get into the website. I e-mailed brainhost 3 times on this matter, they said they would fix it. I still can not get into the site. I called to cancell the whole thing on 3-5-12. My payment recieved invoice dates 2-5-12 at 2:32 AM. She said it has been over 30 days and her invoice is dated the 4th. I am a senior on a fixed income and that money came out of my disability pay. They want to give me 159.85 back out of 332.00 a total ripoff.
