We ordered a LeapPad from this company, and paid for it on the date above. On Feb 4th we had not received it and got an email response from "Derek" who apologized for the delay, but assured us it was being processed that day. On Feb. 9th, I noticed there was an unauthorized charge on the same card for an online game we did not purchase. I was assured by "Derek" that it did not come from Queen City Toys. On Feb 17th, we were informed, "You can always find out the current status of your order by going to"... That message told us that our order was to be shipped within 24 hours. It stayed like that for the next 5 days. On Mar 2nd, we got a message that the email we were trying to send to the customer complaint dept. Was "delayed". On Mar 4th, we received a mailer deamon message that our email was not sent because it was unable to connect to the destination email server. Now, this is either a scam, or the lack of LeapPads worldwide, has put this company in a bind. They have taken money for orders they can not fill. Either way, they are not answering emails about the mess they've caused.
