I ordered a cd storage drum on 12/27/08. On 1/4/09 they sent an email saying the order had "failed" and indicating a "refund" had been made.
The refund hasn't appeared in my account yet, so I called them this got the following recorded message: "The person you are calling is unavailable — please leave a message after the tone."
I then sent an email and have had no response.
Their online payments are "powered" by Infopia, Inc.
I wonder if I'll ever see this refund.
