Walmarts needs help

Waited for over 1 hour in sewing dept for someonr to cut cloth and had them page 4 times no came so went to front no up there new how to cut material or even cared no manger in the store and this was not the first time this has happen to me I just walk out and do not ever want to shop a WALMART again
