This system has been causing more heartache and suffering of my family than I can stand and want it to stop. Taking children away from family that love them placing them with people they don't know is a true form of abuse and neglect and for 13 years I've had to stand by and watch because in the state of washington their is no rights for grandparents.
I'm done standing by and I'm going to fight back for the protection of my family and other people out there that don't have the money to hire the money attorney's to fight these people off. This CPS is a money making business that separates families destroys lives and they have way to much power.
My oldest son had all his children taken and adopted out. I did get third party custody and the cps case was closed and gave his children back just to have this office go in and take the children away and give me a maltreatment and neglect. My youngest son has had his children taken case pending. Now my youngest daugher had her 3 year old son taken. She moved in when her baby was two weeks old and left when he was 2years and 11 months old moved with her dad on the Quileute reservation Lapush washinton where I felt that she would not have to deal with the cps. I was wrong they took him from their and placed him with her fathers brother and wife whom this little boy didn't know or ever see.
This part confuse's me they wouldn't place him back with me because of the maltreatment and neglect they gave me with my oldest son. Hears the kicker I've had two grandchildren for seven years there 10 and 7 years old if I'm such a bad person why do I still have these two in my home same charge so whats the problem? They couldn't remove them from me because they couldn't find anything to take them. Someone out there can help please do.
