Oklahoma Department of Human Services, this organization has not made every reasonable effort to return my grandchildren home to our family.
My grandchildren has been in foster care for four years this March 2.
My babies has been through enough and needs to be returned home. I am not going anywhere until' these boys are back in my arms where they belong.
The Judge and the ones on this case are giving me a hard time about my grandsons being returned to the family. This isn't right. I haven't done anything to cause this behavior.
The State of Oklahoma are not applying the "reasonable effort" in returning children back with their family.
The State of Oklahoma only have minds on destroying the lives of these children and their families. It's all about the revenue that the state receives once the children are adopted out.
My grandsons doesn't deserve to be adopted out. I am here and I am here for them. I relocated from Nevada to Oklahoma to get them back and out of the states jurisdiction.
The last court date was on Tuesday January 19TH with Judge Richard Kirby after 4 years he finally approved me for visitation. What do you think about that? Wrong as two left shoes.
This judge is crooked as they come, Listen to this, He denied me and my grandchildren our Christmas visit. How cruel! He spent time with his family and does every night.
My next court date is set for April 23rd 2010 at 9am with Judge Richard Kirby.
I just want my grandchildren home. I have every right to fight for my family and for us to stay together. The state have their mind set on adopting my grandsons out to complete strangers and that isn't appropriate for my grandsons especially when they have their grandmother that wants them and able to take care of them.
I am being discriminated against by these people of the organization for no apparent reason except that they are determined to make some revenue off of my family.
My grandchildren aren't for sale. Nor, are they going to be a tax credit on some strangers taxes, over my dead body.
I'm not giving up on my family, not my grandsons, and for sure not on myself with the strength that i have to continue to fight to save my family, my grandchildren.
I have been to every court hearing since I've moved to Oklahoma - 9-9, I will continue to be there front and center before the Judge. Before I moved to Oklahoma, I took flights to get here and even driven out several times as well. I'm doing whatever it takes and yet the Judge hasn't cared that i have done this to get my grandchildren home and out of the Oklahoma DHS/CPS foster care system.
Everyone involved in the don't want my grandchildren to come home to me. Yet, these folks don't have an legitimate reason for their action.
It's only about the Money, the revenue that the organization gets for the adoption. This is modern day slavery. This is corruption. This is violation of my civil rights and constitutional rights.
I have proof of everything that i am reporting on.
The Judge has ordered that i am not to receive any copies of the paper work of any kind pertaining to my grandsons case. My attorney isn't allowed to have any of the documents to take in order to prepare for my jury trial. The Judge told the Attorney to make an appointment to come to the office to view the documents there in the office to prepare for my jury trial. Isn't that crazy? Yes i have been told that i will have to go to trial on this because Oklahoma isn't giving me my grandsons.
Also the judge has mentioned to me that if i don't like his decision, that I could take it up in the appellate court.
That makes me feel that his intentions are in the OKDHS/CPS just as it has always been."4 years and we are still going to court"
CORRUPTION, CORRUPTION, CORRUPTION that's all it is.
Now a prayer for my grandchildren:
Oh Heavenly father, Please watch over my grandchildren wherever they are. Please keep them safe and comfort them in this time of need. Give them peace for their little souls and weary minds, with them being away from home and their family. Oh Lord please be with my babies and give them contentment while they are in strangers home and away from home and love ones. Please protect them and bring them home My Heavenly Father. I Pray in your name Amen.
