An investigation is duly warranted as to the fraudelent and abusive practice's by the Dept. Of Children Youth and Families. This abuse of families is happening all over the country. Children are being taken under false allegation's, while other children being truly abused, are being left in homes suffering abuse at the hand's of their parent's. Our Judicial system is no help either. The Court's are biased toward DCYF. I also have in my possession, a court and legal handbook, which the DCYF caseworker's refer to as to getting around the Judges.
My two daughter's children were taken illegally by DCYF. There were hidden medical record's, court-appointed lawyer's who would not file appeal's or motion's and caseworker's who did not do the job's they're being paid to do.
My oldest daughter walked into a Nashua Hospital with her daughter and was accused of being intoxicated. She was arrested and her two children taken. Blood test's were done on her that night, yet there were no lab report's in her medical file. They had mysteriously disappeared until month's later and showed no alcohol in her system.By this time the Judge admitted the children were taken illegally, but said too bad, she didn't file an appeal, which was up to her lawyer, not her. She is still fighting for her children's return.
My other daughter was given a morphine IV for nineteen hour's in labor, as her daughter was placenta-previa and should have been born by C-section, at the same hospital. She was never told. Toxicology test's were done on the baby, which showed morphine. They took the baby, claiming my daughter used illegal drug's the day before the baby was born. She was charged with "Neglect". When the Judge asked DCYF why neglect, the DCYF Attorney answered, "For the future, we're sure she'll neglect her in the future." What kind of an idiotic answer was that? The Judge went along with it.
The court, nor her lawyer ever got her prenatal medical record's, which show my daughter had a high risk pregnancy and a myriad of illnesses while pregnant. She was never told about any of the illnesses and now suffer's from Sheehan syndrome, as well as a mass on her brain and can't have any more children. The record's appeared six month's after the baby was taken. The same Judge told her the same thing he told her sister. It's too late, she didn't file an appeal. Her right's have since been terminated even though she had the burden of proof in Probate Court. They terminated her right's because she didn't file appeal's. Her Lawyer refused to file them and the Attorney Discpline Office won't do a thing. The DCYF worker's as well as other lawyer's, have told us the Judge does whatever DCYF want's. It's true. He does. We are still fighting for the baby's return. Why do people in prison get to bring in new evidence, even year's later to prove their innocence and are set free, yet in Child custody the parent get's thirty day's to appeal? There is clearly something wrong with our Justice system.
I also came across Title IV-E which state's, "reasonable effort's, DCYF is required by Federal law to provide the disabled mother with any services she need's to keep the child in the home. Both my daughter's are disabled. They were not given any service's, nor offered any service's. Their children were immediately taken.
DCYF claim they provide service's to family's before the children are taken. This is not true. They also claim relative's are given the option of taking the children before they are placed in a foster home. This is not true either. Once a child is placed in foster care, government incentive money kick's in. They claim they work toward re-unification with the parent. That's a joke in itself. My daughter was court-ordered into a transitional housing program with her daughter. After the caseworker lied to to the Judge, she was not allowed to go. The caseworker was overheard by several people outside of the courtroom as she spoke to the foster couple. She said, "Don't worry, there's no guarantee C % is going anywhere." Does this sound like a caseworker working toward re-unification? I don't think so.
I have been fighting for my grandchildren's return for over two years now. People need to see what DCYF is all about and the power our government has given to them, to do whatever they want. We have the proof of everything. Our government won't listen and won't do anything to help the American Family. DCYF does not try to help family's. All they do is rip them apart and traumatize our children. The DCYF "Veil of Secrecy, " need's to be un-covered!
