I first purchased a watch from replicaswisswatches.Us. THe money was posted to my charge account but nothing was ever shipped. THey have a live chat - but nothing was resolved and I did not receive a watch. I then attempted to buy from another company - yesbuywatches.com. I thought this was more reputable since it supposedly went through a 3rd party for purchase. I have not had one email in reply. I have called the 3rd party who told me to "give it time." Imagine my surprise when I checked with my account with yesbuywatches and discovered that they not only had posted my mailing address from their site but also had the mailing address that I provided to replicaswisswatches!!!
THEY ARE THE SAME COMPANY OPERATING UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES. When I attempted to address this with "leona" online in the lives chat from replicaswisswatches she disconnected me. This happened a total of 7 times.
I have filed charges with my bank... But I do not know if I will ever see a dime!
