I ordered an Anti Wrinkle sample for£5.00 in January. To my surprise, in two weeks my account was charged for the above amount.
I called my bank to ask who the credit went to as the Name was not showing for about four days. I was told it was RL Skincare.
I went on line to find their details and sent an email to the customer services to refund the money. I got a reply saying they are sorry and that they will stop charging my account but never said anything about the refund. I have sent many emails requesting for the refund but have not got any further replies.
