I did not lose money but only because others filed reports on this guy. He was "selling" a 2006 Lexus IS 350 for $2950. He explained he had to sell the car because he was at Camp Pendleton and the car was in the possession of eBay. He explained the price was low because he did not set a reserve price with eBay.
I have drug my heels on this because it sounded too good to be true. I even went to one of the locations where Dugan's email said I could send the money via Western Union. When I couldn't give my money away there, I began researching other Western Union locations and thought I would check eBay scams and found almost the exact documentation on their site in which they made it clear that eBay does not use Western Union for payment. I then began researching Dugan and found your site.
Thank God and thank you for saving me from this jackass. He even sent me copies of his military id and driver's license. I agree, this guy needs to be caught
