Moneys have been taken from my account twice in a month 6th feb and 28th Feb:
I went to their website to check and inform them / cancel what was occurring. My bank account states it is a recurring payment: I never agreed to a recurring payment. Now need to cancel but can't find out how.intend to contact my bank for help
