On ordering a FREE TRIAL just pay POSTAGE my BANK STATEMENT showed 2 payments had been removed!
Contacted my bank to tell them to CANCELL these payments
as I found out that the payment was SET UP AS A RECURRING CARD PAYMENT whch is not what i signed up for - and the
bank SANTANDER / UK cannot cancell a recurring card payment - and I would have to contact them myself. I have sent them a email to this effect -NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY
My bank has another 2 payments on hold - CAN YOU HELP
AS AT THE AGE OF 73 THIS IS CAUSEING ME ALOT OF STRESS.
I am only a pensioner and have visions of my bnk
account being empty by these 2 companies.
