Contacted Appiction and made a mutual agreement to develop a new IPhone gaming app. Agreed to pay them $95,580.00 over a 4 month period, which I fulfilled as per contract. The company seemed to make some progress, but took a lot more time than we thought it would take. It was some time in October of I received a phone call that the company was no doing well, and would suspend the project. I was under the understanding that the company was going bankrupt! But lately I've contacted the company to find they are still doing business, but using a different name when phone calls are made to them... I asked about my app progress and the man told me to contact Spencer Forrest via his email address. He does not respond to it and his phone # is disconnected!
