On Feb. 10th 2012 I got an email from mypaydaybuiler.com that my account is now active and they are charging me $30. I have never even been to their website or signed up for anything. I called them immediately and they said they would give me a refund and to allow 10 days. I called 10 days later on the 20th and was told to give it until that friday the 24th. I called again and was told to call back on monday the 27th if I don't receive it. I again called back on Monday and got the same run around. I finally got to talk to a supervisor (so they said) and was
told that she would look into it and email me one way or another what she found out. I have never heard back. It has now been 19 days since I first called them. I have already contacted my bank and my next step is to file charges against them.
