I found a better deal elsewhere within an hour of ordering something from them and that was when I discovered there is no way to cancel an order online. I called and e-mailed them and they have not responded (it has been days). I'm writing this now because I've searched and found other people having the same problem with this "company". I'm now disputing the claim with my credit card company. It's such a shame to think that an incompetent company or scam artist would be dragging the good name of "Benjamin Franklin" through the mud like this.
