Ordered this as a trial offer, items did arrive in a plain plastic bag, no invoice and no address so I am struggling to find out how to contact the Company to ask for a refund. Spoke to my bank and have changed my debit card details, unfortunately they have advised me as I signed up for a trial they will not refund my money and I need to contact the Company and ask for a refund, I am not very hopeful.
