I have had 5 payments taken off two different accounts, one direct debit another from visa by above companies. Only the free trial tablets have been received. I tried immediately to cancel any payments within trial period and company was unable to be contacted. I contacted my bank who said they couldn't cancel telling me I had to contact company directly proving impossible. I am once again following up with my bank!
