I had reported this apartment complex before for charging too much and now I have caught the manager outright lying. 3 or so months back, we had reported mold in our closet. I and my wife saw them wash out the closet and paint. When we moved out, they claimed they had sheet rocked the outdoor closet and the company was charged for that repair which was not done. Our next door neighbors had reported a possible mold issue, but did not report it due to fear of reprisal. The manager claims the only issue she had with us is thier no pet ploicy, and yet, she has a zoo, and they cleaned out and fixed our celing three times (not one, like they claim) and all three requests were not included with thier final rebuttal.
They were claiming they were going to keep our entire deposit plus try and charge us for a week we were not going to be present. We should not have to pay for mamnagment that is not avalable on weekends and does not want to hear about things being fixed.
