I also ordered the free trial but didn't receive the product until after the free trial 16 days. It arrived with no delivery docket or returne address. On the 18th of Feb i was debited again for the $149.82, my pension doesn't go that far. I'm very up set as i don't know how i will pay my rent. Being out of pocket to the sum of nearly $300. Just for skin care products is ludicrous... Help
