SMS/Text Message Complaint Company: ChlkbrdQuizClub
I received a text message from an unknown number telling me I had joined ChlkbrdQuizClub and would be billed $9.99 monthly (on my phone bill) if I did not respond to cancel. I ignored the message because it was phone spam and assumed there was no way an unauthorized charge could be added to my phone bill. Two months later I noticed a charge on my phone bill for $9.99 and when I called customer service, they said I had been billed the previous month as well. The line item on my bill said, "For assistance contact: http://www.mqube.com" which isn't a real website. Content Provider is listed "MobileMediaProdu"
