Bought two. One for my daughter and one for myself.
Daughter used hers and in the course of a short time it burned out. Replaced with a second one and that one smoked and sparked and burned out. Company refuses replacement without costing us.
I used mine (am a senior) a handful of times, and it started smoking and smelling terribly. Can't get anything done by the company without out of pocket expense on my part. There should be a Class Action Suit against this company for there are so many complaints like the above that boggles the mind. Why isn't someone not going after the promoters. I am so disappointed in Montel Williams in promoting the sale of this piece of junk. Why didn't Sylvia Brown warn you Montel to not get involved?
