I was contacted by this company offering me a loan, they said that I had been accepted and that their upfront fee would not be taken until the loan was paid into my account.
I did not get the loan and took £79 from my account which caused me to be overdrawn. I do not have an overdraft facility on my account, I now have to pay that back plus charges. I am a full time carer on Carers Allowance and Income Support so I actually cannot afford it and has left me with no money.
My bank is investigating this and I hope they can get the money back for me. I have contacted AK Management but their emails keep coming back rejected and they dont answer the phone. I need that money back asap but not sure how else to get and I do know that their other people who have been scammed by this company.
