I purchased 10000 microsoft points. They promised to deliver within 24 hours, which did not happen. After sending 4 emails, i finally got a response and they sent me the account to recover. It took me 5 tries to recover it. When i did there were no points available to me, so i emailed the company to let them know. They accused me of being a liar and spending all the points, which i did not. They included a consumer report with their email that showed someone using all the points purchasing the same thing numerous times. Though it showed the dates it did not show the times of purchase. I continually asked to be shown the times of purchase, but the only response i continued to get were accusations of being dishonest.
