The ez eyes keyboard my father asked for that was listed as $14.95 plus shipping and handling offers a second keyboard that we do not need but you can not get past this second offer screen without accepting the "free" one with separate shipping and handling charges (of course). The total was for two keyboards both costing $14.95 and the shipping charges doubled to be over $15 and somehow they are now telling me the total to be billed to my credit card will be $101 plus change. This is false advertising and no way to cancel your order and of course, they do not have a 24 hours customer service number only M-F hours by then they will have charged my credit card. So I am calling my credit card to see if I can block it, before they try and over charge another hard working American trying to help their elderly parent see the keyboard better. What a shame!
