Before I found this site, I kept on wandering if I was the only one who was having problems with this company, but now I know that I am not. I ordered two toothbrushes because I liked Robert Urich and therefore trusted his support for this product. I was so disappointed! One of the toothbrush just broke down and the other had to be recharged everyday.
All of this happened in less than a month. So with their so called "money back gaurantee" I returned them before the 30 days was up. Then the problems began!!! A month went by and I didn't get my refund. I called them (which by the way took forever to get through) and they told me I should be getting my refund any day now.
The second month went by and I got the same excuse. The third month went by and they told me that they were having new computers so things were getting backed up, which made no sense to me. The fourth month went by and they told me that the refund department has moved to another building so the only thing they can do is write a note to the dept. The fifth month went by, and they requested that I fax them a copy of my receipt of return which I didn't understand why, but I did. And again nothing. I then filed a complaint through BBB and the case end up closing because Cybersonic would not respond. I am going on the seventh month I they are saying that I should get my refund for the amount of the product less the tax.
I asked the cust. Serv. Rep. Why I am not getting the sales tax back and she told me that they keep it. I could'nt understand it so I asked why they would not refund the sales tax as well and she told me that she didn't know, that she was only a cust. Serv. Rep.
I don't think they should be giving this title to these kinds of people because they do not help the customers at all. Anyways I told her to let me talk to somebody who knew about the company and she hung up on me. I hate this company. Because of it, I am never ordering anything via online and telephone.
