The insured leticia m. Peterson, rear-ended me while i was sitting at red light, they wont fix my car or my injury because of non-cooperation on her part!

Leticia m. Peterson-insured by usaageneral indemnity co. Rear-ended me as i was sitting in my car @a red light, the ins.Co sent me a letter of denial due to the fact she will not talk to them. Please help me! She works for judge so shes beyond the LAW
