On Feb 24 I writethis report with absolute and complete honesty regarding the facts I am aboutto convey. It is my hope that anyone who is considering hiring BJ QueenEnterprises, located in Eagle Bay, New York, be warned of their unprofessionaland unethical business practices.
A man who "goes by" the name of Ryan Queen also possibly"Berry" has a side show on EBay wherein he sold me four (4) xboxgames. To ship the items, he charged me $15.
EBay does allow sellers to charge $4 for a cd; but, I don't believe it is eBaysintention for sellers to think they agree with simply multiplying $4 timeshowever many cds a customer buys. EBay, has always handled my dealings fairingand honestly. I have not even gone to eBay with this matter because I did bidon the items. After ten years on eBay, I have only come in contact with lowlife unprofessional businessmen such as these two maybe three times. THAT isbecause the majority of folks out there are not out to screw the customer withinappropriate exorbitant shipping charges for one.in checking bjqueen1's feedback, I did find others who complained about his high shipping charges.
Regardless, I am writing this not only because they ripped me off by overcharging the shipping; but, also because this company has a total lack ofrespect for the customer. I wrote to bjqueen1 at least ten times and he neverreturned one message other than my very first one to introduce myself and say Iwould like to pay at the end of all of his auctions I was bidding on. As soonas I finished and asked him to please combine the shipping I was completelyignored.
The one and only other message I received from this jerk was after I paid forthe items I had bid on. I was forced to pay because bjqueen1 filed an"unpaid case" against my account. He was permitted to do that withoutever communicating with me about my purchases.
Take a look at that one and only message bjqueen1 sent to me after I madepayment:

Think about it. Do you really want to invest a lot of money with a company whodoes business like this? I thank God I only lost twenty sum dollars. Be wiseand save yourself the time, money or the slightest aggravation you would mostlikely encounter dealing with these bums.
I hope by sharing my unfortunate experience with BJ Queen Enterprises that I havebeen able to help another person from being ripped off by BJ Queen Enterprises.
