I have been scammed out of $291.82 in unauthorised credit card deductions. I emailed the so called support team and was told a refund would not be possible. Does anyone know how many names these people scam money under? I have found at least 4. My last email to them was to demand a full refund or I will go to the authorities. Fingers crossed they respond and I get a refund ASAP.
