I signed up for a 24-hour trial of the web site, but cancelled my subscription after one hour of viewing the site. Cancellation was confirmed via email. Nevertheless, I was charged $40.35 one day later, another $40.35 two days later, another $40.35 the day after that, and then another $40.35 a month later. Plus I was charged *three* times for the single trial period. All handled by Inbound Teleservices Merchants. I submitted a complaint, and Inbound Teleservices Merchants reversed three of the charges. The remaining three charges are being disputed with my bank. Then, the day following the complaint to Inbound Teleservices Merchants, a new unauthorized charge by medcaphelp.com (Media Capability, Inc.) appeared. This charge was processed by Inbound Teleservices Merchants. I have filed a complaint with the FTC, but I wanted as many consumers as possible to be aware of the scammy nature of bfbsupport.com, medcaphelp.com, and Inbound Teleservices Merchants so that they can avoid doing business with those entities or any related to them.
