I've spoke to Epoch last month as I cancelled my subscription for a site but then I noticed that they still took money from me. I've gone back to the particular site to check that am no longer a member & my subscription is cancelled! How are they able to get away with this then?!? It really angers me that these companies/ppl can do this & keep stealing my money. How can i stop them stealing my money? Is it a case of going to my bank & cancelling a direct debit (even tho i'm sure I don't have on) Can anyone help me on this?
