Well it reads the same as all the other scam stories i have read concerning this product and non existant customer service, I was simply trialing a product, for a trial product price and that was that or so i thought? I recieved the trial product at leat 3 weeks after i orderdered it, which came with no invoice or instructions, now to be told i had 17 days in which to return it or be slogged with $100 zapped from my account, now i recieve my next visa statement to find i have been robbed of a further $100 for a product which i havent even recieved. I found a Sydney phone number for customer support, asked for English but only got Indian, said all they could do was cancel my monthly subcription, huh wtf! These people need to be stopped!
