I ordered bioslim advanced mango formula and biocleanse, at the promotional price of $3.99 each as a trial. It took 1 month to recieve the 2 products, by that time the 14 day trial period had ended and i was charged for the products. ($ 89.00 for biocleanse and 98.00 for advanced mango).
I wrote in their enquiries form stating that i no longer wished to recieve their product. But my request was no answered and again i was charged for the two products, however i did not recieve any products.
I again wrote to the company in their enquiries form as they do not have any phone number. Again it was unanswered and again this month i have been charged for the 2 products and have only recieved 1.
I again have written a complaint in their enquiries form and have not been answered. I have spoken to my bank and they state the only way to stop the transactions is to cancel my credit card, which will be inconveniencing me with all my direct debits for my other bills.
I need some help!
