I ordered a product, damn, can't think of what it was, anyway, order number, 546433 and by ordering I find that they entered me into their club and debited my account the 99.49, club membership. On 01/28, I cancerlled my order and demanded the 99.49 they had debited my account. The told me to allow them thirty days to correct the error. Still haven't heard anything. Does your group forward complaints such as this to the postal authorites or should I also notify them as well?
