The following line appeared on my mobile phone bill.

I called customer service for my mobile company. They initially made some lame excuses before finally stating they would refund the current fraudulent charge and blacklist/block any future charges from these fraudulent ripoff artists going by the name of Silicon Investments.
Somebody needs to hunt down these scumbags.
