In January I bought 2 skin care products, trial size, and have today received a bank statement showing that creamcare have taken 3 unauthorised payments totalling £154.94. Of course their 24 hour phone number is not recognised and reply to my e-mail says they will contact me within 48 hours. I won't hold my breath!
