I was offered on the internet a skin care sample for the price of £5.95 which I bought. My Mastercard was duly charged on 16 January and my statement read "Perfect Rad anti rides - Agios DometicoCYP. I received the sample of clear gel in a padded envelope. There was no letter included to let me know that I had the option to return the gel nor that further payments would be taken from my Mastercard.
I was horrified when I received my March Mastercard statement as I saw that 2 further payments had been taken out by Creamcareskin.com on the 11 Feb and the 18 Feb both for £74.95.
This is totally false advertising as there was no explanation when I originally purchased the item, that further payments would be taken. On top of that, i have not received any other items.
