At beginning of February I sent for the 'free' sample of skin care which I received. Since then I have not received any further products and did not sign up to receive any further products from this company. However, they have taken 4 payments from my account in february and 2 in March totalling over £400. I have contacted my bank who are now dealing with this dispute but say they cannot stop the payments from my account until the dispute has been settled. They gave me a telephone number to contact this company but this number is unobtainable. Can anyone inform me how I can contact the company. I am desperate now as cannot afford to keep paying this money out.
