After receiving "Free Sample (?)" I called to cancel any further shipments or charges. I spoke with DERRICH and he gave me a cancellation number. He said the only charge for me would be the $4.95 shipping. I offered to return the UNOPENED product and he said "oh no that is your to keep for ONLY the $4.95 charge. Today I received my credit card statement and noted the Kunulift charge of $84.87. I called 1-888-623-2599 and spoke with BRAD who told me that there was no such a thing as a free sample unless you went to Costco. I explained my conversation with Derrich but he couldn't care less. Scam is a kind word for what these people are doing, they obviously have NO conscience.
