I paid Dazzle White 4.95 for shipping charges for what I thought was a free sample of a teeth whitener product. I gave them my credit card number for this amount. A few days later, I noticed they had billed me for an additional $57.00. I called them and spoke to Jennifer in customer service and told her I wanted to cancel and that I wanted my credit card credited for the $57. She gave me a cancellation # and said no other shipments would be made. I asked what about the $57 debit on my credit card and she said that was the charge for the sample! I told her the whole thing was a scam and false advertising! She said if I wanted a credit I would have to return the unused portion! She gave me a return authorization number and asked for my email address to give me return instructions. I got the email but no instructions or address to return to! Beware of this scam!!!
