I purchased a pair of shoes from Clarkssale. Eu in November. I received notice that my card was charged in December.in January, I received a notice of refund. I never received any shoes.
The notice of refund asked me to wait 30 days to receive the refund.in February, I still had not received the refund. I contacted clarkssale. Eu and they never responded. Fashionpay.com never refunded the amount to my credit card. They insisted my 'bank' rejected the refund and the error was on my end.
This website looked legitimate. I feel like an idiot to get scammed by these guys.
