In April we paid £1,399 up front for a hgv driving lessons, theory and test. Due to the inefficiency of the company (which they admitted - and subsequently sacked the person concerned) the test was not offered. Despite lots of e-mails and phone calls the company refuse to rectify their mistake. They continue to refuse to answer emails, or return phone calls.

We have just thrown aware £1,399 and have had to go to another company. The service we have received from the company has been diabolical. Their training is 'expensive' as stated on their answer phone but certainly not 'good'. The company are just brokers - do not touch them with a barge pole.
