We bought a double wide and just like anyone we were so excited. When our home came in, there were several things wrong. We were told don't worry we will fix this. A month later and guess what noone knows anything about it. We were told 60 to 90 days from start to finish on getting in our home.
We are still not in our home and not even close to closing on it. I have called several times. We were told by our sales man Bill that at any time we could speak to Gregg. Yep you guessed it he is always out, busy, or with a customer. I have yet to get a call back from him.
The subconractor that is working on our home has several others he is working on. We were told like 40 others. So he has not been able to give us the time to get our land done. We have all the other people that are suppose to be working on our land calling asking when they can do what they need to do. All we can say is when George gets ready to do his work.
This is sad if it was their home it would be done. But we are just another sale to them so we don't matter. I will never tell anyone to buy from Gregg Tilleys.
