I requested the Perfect Radience and the eye care samples. Money collected from my account, then waited a couple of weeks (air mail uk to Australia). NO instructions included in packaging. Emailed and complained and requested no further products. No instructions were included in their reply, however, they did assure me that I would receive no further products or accounts. Emailed again and begged for instructions on how to use the product. Today the following arrived: We thank you for your inquiry and for your interest in our products.
