Went on New York investment network and he answered my proposal. Wanted to do a bank guarentee from London. Direct e-mail as follows. This is a nigerian 419 scam.
Decription of Insturments:

2. Total Face Value: 1M-100B usd
3. Issuint Bank: HSBC Bank London, Credit Suisse Zurich and Deutsch Bank AG. Frankfurt Germany or any AA Rated Bank.
4. Age One Year and One Day
5. Leasing Price: 6% of Face Value
6. Delivery: Bank to Bank Swift.
7. Payment by MT103/Wire Transfer
8. Hard copy: Bonded Courier within 7 banking days.

PROCEDURE:
1. Lessor, Lendoer and Borrower execute, sign and initial this Deed of Agreement which thereby automatically thereby automatically becomes a full commercial recourse contract. Only after Lessor has recieved Borower Complete CIS, Pasport Copy, Lessor counter-sign and return back to lessee.
2. Within 24hrs after both parties sign the Agreement, Lender/Lessor will issue a signed and sealed Corprate Refund Recoruse Undertaking to the Borrower Garantying to refund Borrower all the cost incurred for the bank transmission charges.
3. Within 48 hrs working days after Borrower receives Lender / Lessor'w signed and sealed Corporate Refund Recorse MT760 swift transmission to Lender bank account and the Borrower will not be liable for any other fees or charges in the procurement of the BG.
4. Within Three (3) banking days after confirmation of reciept of payment of the bank transmission charges for the BG MT760 swift in Lessor's bank account, the Lessor will deliver the BG via Bank confirmation of swift BG MT760 to the Lender's bank including the hard copy of the BG via bank bonded courier in Seven (7) banking days.
5. Within 3 days after lender receive and confirm the BG swift in their account, they will send via wire transfer the loan amount to borrower account, Borrower pays Lessor the leasing fee not later than 7 banking days after confirmation of the loan amount in borrower account, loan repayment of 5% interest rate will be paid to lender ant the end of every year for a period of 5-10 yeas.
