Like many others who have reported on here I paid $4.95 postage for a 'free trial' of Biosomatic tablets. I duly received the tablets and thought nothing more of it. Fast forward to nearly a month later and I found that £69.95 had been taken out of my account. Thanks to this website I found out a contact telephone number for the company. The woman I spoke to was not helpful particularly but did give me an address to write to. I wrote a letter on 6th Feb saying I would report the company to trading standards, BBC's Watchdog programme etc etc if my money was not refunded within 10 working days. I must admit I thought it was a bit of a long shot but they paid the £69.95 back to me without further ado on 13th February. Am very pleased. So everyone make sure you fight for your refund.
