I ordered the Free Trial but found that I could not take the tablets as they caused me to have an upset stomach. I was not ever told or given notice that my account would be debited for £69.95, but this has now happened twice. On the 20th Jan and 22nd Feb. Considering I have now paid for three lots of tablets and I have only ever received the initial trial pack I am extremely upset that this is taking place. Even if I could take the tablets I have now been charged for a product that I do not have. Is there any way to stop these payments from being removed from my account other than closing my account completely, which I will do if there is no alternative.
