Too all buyers I would like for you to know; Do not buy any vehicles from Autokraft in 119 Walnut St.in Agawam, They sell diffective cars that are no good. I say it by personal experience, after I buy a car from them about a month ago, and after a week in a half later i had to bring it back because it was leaking oil from the motor, after they suposely fixed it now is marking check engine, I keep bringing it back and I keep on having issues with the car and I tell them gvie me the money back or make a fair trade in, and they want more money from me to traid the car for another, And everytime they supossely fix it the problem is still there. I told them i have children and i need my car, i cant be coming back and forth and i told them to do something for me and they said to do whatever i want. So they told me that their not a car rental place and that they didnt care about it, I told them if they cared about their custumers, because if they dont i will let the custumers know they dont care and they said they didnt care, for me to do whatever I want. So here I am leting u know as an unsatisfide custumer to another custumer we dont matter to them. If you dont believe me then go ahead and buy a car from them, when u have the same problems post a comment on the computer so I wont feel like im the only person that was riped off. My exhortation and attention too all of you buyers, do not!!! Buy cars from autokraft dealers in 119 walnut st.in agawam, if u dont want to loose your money and or waste your time supossely getting it fixed!!!
